The Soccer Legacy Gala supports America SCORES Bay Area, a nonprofit that empowers young people through soccer, poetry, and service learning.

6:30 PM — Dinner & Program
A seated dinner honoring the 1994 U.S. Men’s National Team, featuring inspiring youth performances and a live auction.

The celebration continues with music and late-night fun.

The Legacy of ‘94
In June 1994, the U.S. Men’s National Team stunned Colombia 2–1 at the Rose Bowl, earning its first World Cup win in 44 years and advancing to the Round of 16.
That tournament helped ignite the modern era of American soccer—expanding the sport’s reach and inspiring millions of young players.
Following the tournament, the 1994 World Cup Legacy Fund named America SCORES its first-ever grantee, helping launch what has become one of the nation’s most impactful youth development programs connected to the event.

Today, America SCORES Bay Area empowers thousands of underserved youth each year to build confidence, leadership, and belonging both on and off the field.
