Flashback to a Musical Fantasy Come True!

Imagine spending three days working with a multi-platinum Grammy-winning producer, the calibre of artist who’s already worked with Aretha, Stevie, Ray, Barbara and Whitney. As in Franklin, Wonder, Charles, and Houston.

That dream came true for 20 E.R. Taylor students who collaborated with famed producer Narada Michael Warden to set their words to music. The young poet athletes recorded their debut song, “Having Fun Tonight”, at Walden’s Tarpan Studios in San Rafael. A winning moment experienced through a dynamic collaboration between America SCORES and the ASCAP Songwriting Residency.
